UNARMED SECURITY

Our unarmed security guards will secure your premises and personnel. They will diligently patrol your property and inspect buildings, equipment and access points. Our unarmed guards help prevent loss and damage. Any violators they encounter will be advised of your policies and procedures. Trespassers will be restrained and authorities will be contacted.

ARMED SECURITY GUARDS

Our armed security officers are licensed to carry weapons ranging from a club, pepper spray, Taser and/or firearms, while carrying out the duty of protecting an individual or property. This is a higher level of security intended to deter inappropriate or illegal action on the property.

VEHICLE PETROL

Our vehicle patrols will periodically check you facility, complex or neighborhood during a 24 hour period as agreed to. They will check for safety hazards such as faulty lighting, vandalism, and trespassers. They will respond to and report on any suspicious activity.

PARKING GARAGE AND LOT PATROL

Our security officers play a critical role in preventing and identifying potential threats in parking garages and lots. Their presence can cause criminals to think twice before breaking into cars, vandalizing them or committing other crimes. Our guards work with local law enforcement officers to help apprehend suspects after a crime has been committed in a parking lot.

POOL PATROL

Our pool patrol officers assist with removing any trespassers from the property and enforcing pool policies and rules in an effort to maintain a safe environment. Our guard presence can also help deter vandalism.

GATE GUARD

Our gate service helps to monitor traffic coming into and going out of a property. They will check the credentials of persons wanting to obtain entrance and issue passes if applicable. The will keep a record of vehicles entering through the gate.

FIRE WATCH

Fire alarm systems are installed according to city code. Any time your fire alarm system is impaired due to maintenance, testing or damage, a fire watch needs to be implemented. The fire watch consists of making periodic inspections of the areas being impacted while following the guidelines prescribe by the fire department.
